About Katie Douglas, LLC
Katie Douglas, LLC provides independent Title IX and VAWA compliance consulting services to colleges and universities that may not have the staff or resources for full in-house support. With years of hands-on experience in Title IX, VAWA, and related compliance areas, Katie brings both legal education and practical expertise to help schools navigate sensitive issues with professionalism and care.
Katie recently graduated from Stetson Law School, where she earned her JD. She has been working in Title IX and VAWA Compliance at a large public institution for over 6 years, serving in the roles of Case Manager, Investigator, and Deputy Title IX Coordinator.
From drafting and reviewing policies and procedures to conducting impartial investigations, her goal is to support institutions in creating safe, equitable environments while remaining fully compliant with federal regulations. Katie Douglas offers tailored, project-based services that allow schools to access high-quality expertise without long-term overhead costs.
